Our Work
The life of a building often resides in the strength of its foundation. Over the years we have helped rehab foundations on all kinds of structures from the smallest of cabin to the largest buildings around.

01
Lake Days
This customer had a large home on the shore of Lake Erie. Over the years it had lost it's foundation to the continued flow of the water and was in need of rehab. The home was lifted 2 feet and a new foundation installed
02
History being Reborn
The cabin was built at the turn of the 20th century and included a large hand laid stone chimney at the center of the building. Its continued use required the rehabilitation of its foundation and upgrade to its footing. The 100' long structure was held in place while a new foundation was excavated and then installed.

03
This Old House
This home was built with a hand cut stone foundation and was in need of an upgrade. To remove water issues, increase the homes heating and air conditioning as well as create livable space the old foundation was removed and a new masonry foundation installed.
04
Roof Raising
Barns were often built to suit the needs of their owners at the time of construction. However, those needs change over time. This barn roof was raised to over 16' to allow the barn to be used for modern machinery and accommodate the equipment for maintenance and storage.
