Retaining Wall Construction

The retaining required was 450' long and approximately 4' tall. The project included shaping the current property, installing bedding and drainage as well as the final retention wall.

Roads to Home

This customer had to move their family cabin due to new right of way boundaries. The project includes the pictured 600' driveway, foundation excavation, demolition of unused buildings and reclamation of an old driveway.

New Construction

New Homes require basements, lot clearing, septic systems and more. This customer was in process of a new home for their family and all the extras that go with it.

Camping Updates

Over the course of the offseason, Schepp Excavating was contracted to manage the site work on an upgrade to a facility. The project included all new storm drains, new sewer lines, new roads, and lot preparation for new sites, cabins and recreation areas.
